Everyone knows that race relations are even worse in some parts of the country after our “post-racial” president has spent years fanning the flames of division and hatred.
In the wake of Milwaukee race riots, Donald Trump flew to Wisconsin to send a strong message to black voters… and his message is connecting! Our friends at The Gateway Pundit have amazing news:
Republican Donald Trump is surging with African American voters and gaining more support from Latino voters than Mitt Romney and John McCain.
The latest LA Times Daybreak poll has Hillary up by just six-tenths of a point.
Trump is surging with black voters and doing better with Latino voters than Romney or McCain.
H/T: The Gateway Pundit
Trump traveled to West Bend, Wisconsin just outside of Milwaukee in the aftermath of the race riots, and delivered a powerful speech aimed at black voters to abandon the failed policies of the Democrats:
The violence, riots and destruction that have taken place in Milwaukee is an assault on the right of all citizens to live in security and peace.
Law and order must be restored. It must be restored for the sake of all, but most especially the sake of those living in the affected communities.
The main victims of these riots are law-abiding African-American citizens living in these neighborhoods. It is their jobs, their homes, their schools and communities which will suffer as a result.
There is no compassion in tolerating lawless conduct. Crime and violence is an attack on the poor, and will never be accepted in a Trump Administration.
The narrative that has been pushed aggressively for years now by our current Administration, and pushed by my opponent Hillary Clinton, is a false one.
Trump is absolutely right. Every major inner city in America has been run by hard-left Democrats for decades, and their socialist policies have caused the problems black Americans have to deal with everyday. And he’s right that lawlessness harms the innocent that have done nothing wrong.
The poll also shows that Donald Trump is doing better among Hispanic voters than Romney or McCain did – despite the liberal media’s constant attacks against him.
