Political Insider Conservative Tom Selleck isn’t like most Hollywood actors. He’s a patriot, farmer, and supporter of the Second Amendment.
His character on CBS’s Blue Bloods – Frank Reagan – portrays police chiefs in a positive light, and he always has important conservative wisdom to share. That’s why we love his show!
CBS just aired an episode called “Flags of Our Fathers” in which Reagan directly confronts an anti-American liberal…. named “Gore.” (Perhaps like “Al Gore?”) He wants to burn a flag at a veterans memorial, but Reagan tries to talk him out of it in the most brilliant way:
Watch (below) as Reagan explains the meaning of the American flag, and why the burning will only be overshadowed by burning the flag.
But Gore is a typical Obama-voter who is too ideological to listen… so Reagan gives Gore the permit and the protests happen with disastrous consequences.
It starts violent altercations and Gore is injured badly enough to be rushed to the hospital. Gore tired to blame the police, but Reagan was quick to note the officers were simply doing their job. Then, he concluded with this incredible point:
That flag, that you consider a prop and a stunt, has draped the coffins of Americans who died to give you the right to ignore that sacrifice. You’re spitting on their graves.
