Perhaps the most important issue for social conservatives has been the issue of life and abortion. The 2016 Presidential election will shape the U.S. Supreme Court, and will have a massive impact on protections for unborn babies.
Donald Trump’s Vice Presidential running mate Mike Pence gave a bold interview to Fox News, and gave viewers a glimpse of what they would see in a Trump administration about the sanctity of life.
Watch (below) as Pence explains why he is unapologetically pro-life, and stands by a bill he signed as governor preventing women from having abortions if the child has “abnormalities.”
Pence responded with just 7 words:
“I’m pro-life. I don’t apologize for it.”
Pence explained that he believes “in the sanctity of life, and I stand by that principle.” He noted he would be grateful to stand with Trump on the important issue of protecting babies that are in the womb.
