President Barack Hussein Obama may have handed over the keys to the White House on an official level, but the impact of his eight disastrous years as president are still being felt. It is disturbing that his wrongdoings are still having an impact on how government is run.
Obama’s appointee James Comey, the Director of the FBI, recently covered for Obama in an unprecedented, arguably criminal way by instructing the Department of Justice not to look into President Trump’s allegations that Obama performed wiretapping operation on Trump. Kellyanne Conway recently issued a deadly serious challenge to Comey.
Previously, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper stated that he did not know of any wiretapping against Trump, but did not deny the possibility that the wiretapping was done by a different entity. Stated Kellyanne Conway during an appearance on Judge Jeanine Pirro’s Fox News program, “If Mr. Comey has something he’d like to say I’m sure we’re all willing to hear it. All I saw was a published news report. I didn’t see a statement from him. I don’t know what Mr. Comey knows.”
She continued, “If he knows, of course he can issue a statement. We know he’s not shy.” Added Pirro, “[Comey] knows, and if he’s pushing back, we’ve got a real problem between the head of the FBI and the president.”
Said Conway, “We have a double standard here of anonymous sources. The media are so quick to rely upon them for everything … that’s negative or derogatory towards this president. If it’s positive and exonerating they don’t want to hear about it.” How do you think Comey will respond?
