On July 7 Dallas police officer Patrick Zamarripa was killed along with 4 other cops in a racially motivated sniper attack. The killer Micah Johnson stated that his intention was to kill white police officers. He was inspired and motivated by radical black anti-cop groups like Black Lives Matter. Zamarripa’s father just filed a lawsuit to hold these terrorist organizations accountable for their actions.
The Star-Telegram reports:
The father of Dallas police officer Patrick Zamarripa — a Fort Worth native who was one of five officers killed in downtown Dallas in July — is suing Black Lives Matter, among other groups, alleging that its organizers incited a “War on Police” that led to his son’s death.
Enrique Zamarripa filed a 43-page lawsuit in U.S. District Court on Monday, seeking damages of up to $550 million.
“While Defendant Black Lives Matter claims to combat anti-black racism, the movement has in fact incited and committed further violence, severe bodily injury and death against police officers of all races and ethnicities, Jews, and Caucasians. Defendant Black Lives Matter is in fact a violent and revolutionary criminal gang,” reads the lawsuit.
“I want justice for my son. He served three tours in Iraq, he protected his country, and he protected everybody. And he gave up his life doing that. When people were running away from the gunshots, he was running toward them,” said Enrique in a phone interview.
The list of defendants is a who’s who of hating on whitey:
Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan
Rev. Al Sharpton and the National Action Network
Black Lives Matter founders Opal Tometi, Patrisse Cullors, and Alicia Garza
Black Lives Matter organizers Rashad Turner, Deray McKesson and Johnetta Elzie
New Black Panther Party leader Malik Zulu Shabazz
Billionaire George Soros who financially supports Black Lives Matter
Good luck getting any of those bums to pay a lawsuit judgment. They are all in the business of race-hustling and mooching money, not paying it out. Hell, Al Sharpton doesn’t even pay his taxes even though a court has ordered him to do so.
Enrique Zamarripa’s lawsuit claims that Johnson, the Dallas shooter, was “acting as an agent of and at and under the direction of” the defendants.
All of these radical black organizations are dismissing this lawsuit as baseless, but they might actually be in some trouble here. Not only did cop-killer Micah Johnson have connections to some of the groups, he was inspired by their message of violence against cops and white people. There is also a mountain of evidence that each of these anti-cop organizations has actively promoted the killing of police officers and white people in general.
The Obama administration has refused to list Black Lives Matter as a terrorist organization despite the overwhelming evidence proving they are. Al Sharpton is Obama’s “go-to guy” on race relations, and the BLM founders and organizers are regular visitors to the White House. It’s no surprise that that the current president won’t hold these groups accountable for their deadly assault on law enforcement; he’s besties with most of these terrorists.
This lawsuit could change all of that and actually deliver some justice that Obama has denied for officers slain by the hateful rhetoric of BLM, Sharpton, and the Black Panthers. In reality, Obama should also be listed as a defendant because he has on numerous occasions, including right before the Dallas police ambush, indicated that cops are the enemy in this country. He’s as culpable as any of these radical black groups.(h/t: downtrend)
