You can’t pick up a rock from the most desolate place in the United States without hearing that Hillary Clinton has a chance to be the first female President of the United States. The mainstream media might as well include that in the names of their nightly news shows for how much they are so “rah-rah” about the “historic event.”
However, the mainstream media show their continued and unprecedented bias in ignoring several firsts for women that have been advanced by Republicans over the years. One historic event occurred on Wednesday when the Trump campaign named Kellyanne Conway the campaign’s manager. She becomes the first female ever to run a Republican general election presidential campaign.

If you listen to the mainstream media except for one article on FOXNews.com, you wouldn’t know anything about it. The media have gone operationally silent on this “historic” event.
Ms. Conway was already serving as a senior advisor to the Trump campaign. She is a seasoned political pollster and the founder and president of The Polling Company Inc. Prior to joining the Trump campaign as a senior advisor, she was affiliated with a Super PAC that was supporting the candidacy of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).
Conway entered the polling business with the Wirthlin Group, a Republican polling firm that worked for President Ronald Reagan. She also worked for Luntz Research Companies for a period of time. It was after her stint with Frank Luntz that Conway founded her own firm.
