President Trump has been vindicated. Despite the media lies, everything Trump claimed has proven to be true.
The Chair of the House Intelligence Community, Devin Nunes, has proven that Obama spied on Trump. “Details about U.S. persons associated with the incoming administration, details with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value, were widely disseminated in the intelligence community. Third, I have confirmed that additional names of Trump transition team members were unmasked,” Nunes told the press.
In his recent appearances before congress, FBI Director James Comey explained that only around 25 people had the power to unmask. (via WND)
“Unmasked,” in this case, is referring to when a citizen’s private communications are accidentally collected as part of a government surveillance operation. If that private citizen is named and documented, they have been “unmasked.” This is highly illegal as, without a warrant, all private citizens’ identities are to remain “masked” (hidden) in order to protect them.
Our privacy is guaranteed under the constitution and the bill of rights. It is also supposed to be protected under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), but new evidence shows that the Obama administration violated those protections.
We need to monitor foreign officials for our national security. On occasion, the names of U.S. persons are revealed through these monitored communications. These names are required by law to be concealed to protect their identity.
Members of the Obama White House possibly violated this law when they “unmasked” the names of U.S. citizens connected to the Trump campaign, and possibly the name of Donald Trump himself. These documents with unmasked names were widely and recklessly circulated through the intelligence community as gossip.
Some of this information was then illegally leaked to the press. This explains how the media had access to phone calls to foreign leaders made by then President-elect Trump, as well as knowledge about phone conversations between Michael Flynn and the Russian ambassador.
Chairman Nunes explained that the information collected and disseminated is in no way connected to the on-going investigation into President Trump and his alleged connections to Russia. The information was collected as part of normal intelligence gathering; however, the names of those connected to Trump were intentionally unmasked in order to inflict political damage.
This is highly controversial and illegal. It is a clear abuse of the powers granted to the president. Obama is denying any connection, but the spying occurred under his watch by his administration. This new information is just the beginning of reports that will vindicate President Trump’s claim that he was wiretapped. It now appears that he was being monitored through at least three different channels.
The intelligence community has gone rogue, and they are now refusing to work with Trump. The NSA is forced to comply with the orders of the president, but they have been out of control for years. We cannot allow non-elected spies to run our country. We need to stand behind President Trump and congressmen like Nunes who are working diligently to uncover the truth and return control of the government to the people.
