It is no secret that Hollywood is swarming with far-left liberals. However, the latest Hollywood attempt to keep Obama in the public consciousness may come as a bit of a surprise.
According to various news outlets, Hollywood is in the process of developing a workplace comedy about life inside of the Obama White House. The project, which is tentatively titled From the Corner of the Oval, will be based on the biography of a former stenographer for the Obama administration, via The Hollywood Reporter.
Beck Dorey-Stein, the book’s author, has apparently already cut a deal with Universal Pictures. The book is slated to be published sometime in 2018.
From what has already been leaked to the press, From the Corner of the Oval concerns a cocktail waitress who is hired on by the Obama administration in order to be an in-house stenographer. The film will likely be a comedy of errors, as the out-of-water protagonist attempts to navigate the elite world of Washington D.C.
Some big names have already been attached to the project, including producer Michael Sugar of the Oscar-winning film Spotlight, via Dennis Michael Lynch.
Show business has essentially become an institution for Obama worship. The once-funny Saturday Night Live had two female cast members sing the song “To Sir, With Love” while a picture of Obama was hung in the background as a tribute. Even left-wing commentators compared this moment to the type of cult of leadership displays one sees in communist North Korea.
Elsewhere, loony Hollywood types like Sarah Silverman and Judd Apatow have used their celebrity to incite violence against Trump supporters and conservatives, via Heatstreet.
For years, rare Hollywood conservatives like Chuck Woolery, Vince Vaughn, and James Woods have consistently highlighted the overwhelming liberal bias in American movies. Unfortunately, far too many American citizens swallow the far-left politics of their favorite movies without noticing that they’re being indoctrinated.
Hollywood’s liberalism can be chalked up to three important factors: 1) a false view of the 1950s as a time when freedom of expression in Hollywood was suppressed by McCarthyite thugs, 2) a deep-seated obsession with the radicalism of 1960s and 1970s cinema, and 3) heavy foreign investment.
When it comes to number one, as the great Pat Buchanan has shown, many of those screenwriters, actors, and directors lionized as the so-called “Hollywood Ten” were, in fact, hardcore Stalinists and communists who used their media platform to undermine Americanism, via Buchanan.org.
As for the all-important third aspect, American citizens should know that the Chinese Communist Party dumps billions of dollars into Hollywood every year, thus using their financial clout to make movies that are anti-America and pro-China. For example, Infowars.com has released information about an upcoming Michael Bay film which will involve a Trump-like president who sends the U.S. into chaos.
The planned film’s main character will be sent into an urban-American warzone in order to rescue the daughter of a Chinese billionaire, via Infowars.com.
In both real life and fantasy, Trump is under attack from every outlet… and they are all going to look like complete fools by time his administration is over and our country comes out on the other end in the best shape it has even been.
