The conservative watchdog group known as Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit that demands the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) conduct a damage assessment.
The demand and lawsuit stemming from former secretary of state Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account for official business and the group’s efforts to determine if Hillary’s secret email server damaged national security.
Judicial Watch has filed several lawsuits in recent history regarding Hillary’s email use.
This most recent suit targets the nation’s intelligence structure.
Judicial Watch President, Tom Fitton states –
“The Obama administration conspired with Hillary Clinton regarding her emails, so it is no surprise that Obama officials wouldn’t want to hold her to account for her mishandling of classified materials.
This lawsuit is an opportunity for the Trump administration to get back to basics on the Clinton email scandal and find out what damage was done to our national security as a result of her illicit email practices.”
Judicial Watch released a statement today with regard to the suit –
