Hillary Clinton is currently desperately trying to secure the minority vote in her quest to become president. That’s why it came as a devastating blow to her when a video surfaced this week exposing her link to the racist Ku Klux Klan.
According to American News, the video above shows Clinton honor the memory of her friend and mentor Senator Robert C. Byrd, who was also known to be a leader of the Ku Klux Klan.
“Our country has lost a true American original, my friend and mentor Robert C. Byrd,” Clinton said in the video, which was uploaded to the State Department’s Youtube page in June of 2010.
Making matters even worse, Barack Hussein Obama spoke at Byrd’s funeral.
“He was a Senate icon, he was a party leader, he was an elder statesman, and he was my friend,” Obama told mourners. “That’s how I’ll remember him.”
It will be very difficult for black people to vote for a woman who was so close to a leader of the KKK.
