BOOM! Gen. Mattis Cleans Up After Obama, Immediately Puts North Korean Dictator In His Place

While Obama was asleep at the wheel, North Korea was preparing to become a nuclear threat to the world. Those days are gone. Mad Dog Mattis is back.

On his first overseas trip as Secretary of Defense, General Mattis sent a stern warning to North Korea, “any attack on the United States, or our allies, will be defeated, and any use of nuclear weapons would be met with a response that would be effective and overwhelming.” (via Newsmax)

The message to North Korea is one that will surely be repeated to anyone who threatens the U.S. or its allies. Our military is being rebuilt, too. This sounds like a formula for success to me.

Former President Obama and his minion, Secretary of State John Kerry, drew “red lines” all over the map that they never kept. And probably never even intended to keep.

Conversely, President Trump and his team are drawing a few lines of their own, and they seem intent to hold them. You don’t get a nickname like “Mad Dog” by being a pushover.

Obama’s antics have left the world unstable. From North Korea, to China, Russia, Iran, and Syria, the U.S. has lost its foothold as the world’s stabilizer. Everybody knew Obama was failing.

In January of 2016, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) made his opinion known, “North Korea is run by a lunatic who has been expanding his nuclear arsenal while President Obama has stood idly by. Our enemies around the world are taking advantage of Obama’s weakness.” (per Washington Post)

If I were a betting man, I would bet on Trump and Mad Dog refusing to ignore the unstable state. They are on a mission.

Mattis has made it clear that he is well-aware of North Korea’s shenanigans. “North Korea continues to launch missiles, develop its nuclear weapons program, and engage in threatening rhetoric and behavior” the Secretary said.

Further, Mattis encouraged South Korea by expressing the U.S.’s intent to set up a missile defense system in the region. Theater High-Altitude Area Defense, or THAAD, will be deployed to guard allies like Japan and South Korea from thugs in the region with missile capabilities.

These are starting to feel like the good old days again. America has been the world’s big brother for a long time. Obama tried to abandon that role. And the globe unraveled.

President Trump promised to make America Great Again. This is one way in which he is reaching that goal. Stay tuned for some victories.
